We are a mental health clinic in the Columbus metropolitan area specializing in solutions for treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and mood disorders including SPRAVATO® therapy.
Ohio’s experts in treatment-resistant depression
EverHope Wellness was founded by Columbus-area professionals who saw a critical gap in care for those with persistent depression. We created our specialized center to provide the most advanced, effective solutions for those who feel lost after traditional therapies haven’t provided relief.
We believe that “treatment-resistant” should never mean “without hope.” Our core belief is that everyone deserves a personalized path to mental well-being, which is why we provide a supportive, empowering environment where you are truly heard.
This work is deeply personal to us. We understand the profound toll depression takes, and our mission is to provide life-changing solutions like SPRAVATO® that offer rapid relief and a new beginning. We are dedicated partners in your recovery, committed to helping you rediscover yourself, and a meaningful and joyful life.
These numbers represent the individuals we have helped on their path to recovery and reflect our deep commitment to the well-being of our community.
The first step is often the hardest. But we’ll walk the path to recovery, hope, and relief with you. Call or leave a message to schedule an appointment or get more information.

Tiffini Lasch is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Her passion is developing and expanding integrative mental health care. With more than 15 years in the medical field, she strongly believes that physical and mental health must work together for true well-being.
Tiffini supports individuals facing mental health challenges through psychotherapy and psychopharmacology—helping patients recover, build coping skills, and develop resilience. As she often says, “When it comes to adult mental health, we are only as emotionally prepared as those who raised us—unless we choose to expand our understanding.”
Her background includes inpatient care, outpatient care, and intensive outpatient programs. She has experience treating major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, somatic disorders, psychotic disorders, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Born and raised in Ohio, her curiosity for life inspired her to live in several states across the country. These experiences deepened her appreciation for diversity and cultural differences. Over the years, she has been a strong advocate for reducing the stigma surrounding mental illness and encouraging communities to talk openly about mental health.
Even though her research keeps her at the forefront of innovative treatments, Tiffini remains an old soul who loves restoring worn, discarded furniture. “There’s just something about taking something used and worn out and bringing it back to life with a little TLC.”
Come see Tiffini and begin restoring your mental health.

He is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and the Clinical TMS Society, with extensive expertise in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of mental health conditions—including mood, anxiety, psychotic, and substance-related disorders.
